Resolve360™ Intensive Family Intervention Program
Resolve360™ is an intensive, family-centered intervention program designed for justice-involved youth and their caregivers. Inspired by proven multisystemic principles, Resolve360 takes a 360-degree approach to address the real drivers of youth behavior across the home, school, peer, and community environments.
This program is built for families who need more than traditional outpatient services. Resolve360 provides structured, hands-on support, increased accountability, and real-time interventions in the environments where challenges occur most—helping stabilize homes, strengthen caregivers, and reduce the risk of further system involvement.

Information for Juvenile Probation Officers
Hello Probation Team, Life Coaching 4 Kids Center is proud to partner with Juvenile Probation Departments to support youth and families through Resolve360™ and our full continuum of behavioral health and supportive services. Resolve360 is ideal for youth and families who require structured intervention, increased accountability, and intensive support beyond traditional outpatient counseling. Our team works closely with probation officers to ensure alignment with court expectations, case plans, and community safety goals.
Referral & Enrollment Process
To begin, Juvenile Probation Officers are invited to complete a Professional Consultation SAF Referral Form to Life Coaching 4 Kids Center. Upon receipt, you will meet with our leadership team and a Licensed Social Worker to:
- Review the youth and family background
- Determine appropriateness and fit for Resolve360
- Discuss program structure, expectations, and outcomes
