What is the difference between counseling and Life Enrichment Coaching?

Counseling is a clinical mental health service provided by licensed therapists to address emotional, behavioral, or psychological concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or family conflict. Counseling is typically covered by insurance.

Life Enrichment Coaching is a non-clinical, goal-focused program led by Certified Life Coaches for Kids™. It emphasizes confidence, leadership, emotional regulation, academic improvement, and preparing teens to navigate life with resilience and emotional intelligence. Life Enrichment Coaching is not therapy and may not be covered by insurance.

What are the private pay rates for counseling?

If your insurance does not cover services or if you prefer private pay, our rates are:
● Initial Intake (Individual): $180
● Initial Intake (Family): $225
● Ongoing Counseling Sessions: $90–$150 based on annual household income
We offer a sliding scale to ensure families have access to quality care.
