Foster Care Youth Programs

Transition Age Youth (TAY) — we know that the transition to adulthood can feel overwhelming—especially for youth who have faced challenges with the juvenile justice system, foster care, or unstable living situations. Our Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) Program is designed to meet young adults where they are, providing guidance, skills, and support to help them build a stable and successful future.

Adopted Children and Families — we understand that being an adoptive parent or caregiver comes with incredible rewards but also unique challenges. Our services are designed to support your child’s emotional, behavioral, and social growth while strengthening the bonds within your family. We offer individualized counseling to help children process trauma, manage emotions, and build confidence, as well as family counseling and attachment support to foster trust, communication, and connection.

Children of Incarcerated Parents

This program supports children who are coping with the emotional, social, and behavioral impacts of parental incarceration. We provide counseling and coaching that focus on grief, separation, identity, and building resilience. Family reunification support and communication skill development help children navigate complex emotions while strengthening healthy connections with caregivers and the community.

Children of Divorce and Separation

Divorce and family separation can deeply affect a child’s sense of security and identity. This program helps children express their emotions in healthy ways, adjust to new family dynamics, and rebuild trust and stability. Parents receive coaching and education on co-parenting strategies that reduce conflict and prioritize the child’s emotional well-being.

Children Entering Department of Child Safety (DCS) Custody

This program supports children with the immediate mental health needs of children experiencing the trauma of removal from their home and entry into DCS custody. Services focus on stabilization, emotional safety, and understanding transitions. Our trauma-informed clinicians help children develop coping skills, process loss, and prepare for placement in foster or kinship care. Collaboration with case managers, caregivers, and schools ensures a holistic approach to the child’s healing and adjustment.
